Bankruptcy lawyers, divorce law, and DUI attorneys in Arizona

Craig Raymond was appointed a new Commissioner for the Superior Court of Arizona in Pinal Country by Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert Carter Olsen in July 2009.

A Pinal County Judicial Nominating Commission recommended three candidates for this position:

  • Thomas Larson of Casa Grande, a Democrat and attorney in a private practice
  • Steve Fuller of Queen Creek, a Republican and lawyer in a private practice
  • Craig Raymond of Queen Creek, a Republican and Deputy County Attorney

Judge Olsen appointed Craig Raymond as Commissioner after advising and consulting with the Executive Committee.

As Superior Court Commissioner, Raymond’s primary emphasis of the position is civil matters, conservatorships, guardianships, and emergency hearings.  Also, the Commissioner has a broad coverage of responsibilities for any calendar of the Superior Court. Duties and powers of a Superior Court Commissioner are outlined in Article 6, Section 24 of the Arizona Constitution and A.R.S. §12-213 and A.R.S. §12-298.
